The Copier Mode tab of the Copier Settings allows you to view your Lead and Follower account names and numbers, change the copier mode, reverse the copier and label the copier with a comment.

Lead Account

The account that trades are being copied from. Also referred as the master.

Follower Account

The account that trades are being sent to as copied trades. Also referred as the slave.

Copier Mode

A trade copier has 3 modes of operation; on shown as a green play icon, monitor existing trades only shown as an amber pause sign and off shown as a red stop sign.

• On Any trades on the Copy From account will be acted upon, based on the relevant settings of the trade copier.
• Monitor existing trades only Any new trades on the Copy From account will be ignored. Previously copied trades will be managed to conclusion.
• Off Any trades on the Copy From account and previously copied trades will be ignored.

To can switch the copier mode with the radio buttons or via the mode button in the table.

Reverse trades

If you want to take the opposite direction for each trade copied, you can set reverse trades to yes.

Copier Comment

MT4/5 terminals have a trade comment section for all open and closed trades, which can be useful for analysing trade performance. By default the trade copier will print a unique system ID on any copied trades. If you want to append a more meaningful text comment, you can enter the text as required.
